Ingredients

  • 2 packs of ramen noodles
  • 2 cups shredded cabbage
  • 1 cup shredded carrots
  • 1/2 cup sliced green onions
  • 1/4 cup chopped cilantro
  • 1/4 cup slivered almonds
  • 1/4 cup sesame seeds
  • 1/2 cup soy sauce
  • 1/4 cup rice vinegar
  • 1/4 cup vegetable oil
  • 2 tablespoons sugar
  • 1 tablespoon sesame oil

Instructions

  1. Cook the ramen noodles according to package instructions, then drain and rinse under cold water.
  2. In a large bowl, combine the shredded cabbage, carrots, green onions, cilantro, slivered almonds, and sesame seeds.
  3. In a separate bowl, whisk together the soy sauce, rice vinegar, vegetable oil, sugar, and sesame oil to create the dressing.
  4. Add the cooled ramen noodles to the vegetable mixture and pour the dressing over the top.
  5. Toss everything together until well combined.
  6. Chill in the refrigerator for at least 30 minutes before serving.
