- 2 packs of ramen noodles
- 2 cups shredded cabbage
- 1 cup shredded carrots
- 1/2 cup sliced green onions
- 1/4 cup chopped cilantro
- 1/4 cup slivered almonds
- 1/4 cup sesame seeds
- 1/2 cup soy sauce
- 1/4 cup rice vinegar
- 1/4 cup vegetable oil
- 2 tablespoons sugar
- 1 tablespoon sesame oil
Instructions
- Cook the ramen noodles according to package instructions, then drain and rinse under cold water.
- In a large bowl, combine the shredded cabbage, carrots, green onions, cilantro, slivered almonds, and sesame seeds.
- In a separate bowl, whisk together the soy sauce, rice vinegar, vegetable oil, sugar, and sesame oil to create the dressing.
- Add the cooled ramen noodles to the vegetable mixture and pour the dressing over the top.
- Toss everything together until well combined.
- Chill in the refrigerator for at least 30 minutes before serving.
Notes
