Ingredients

  • 1 lb pork belly
  • 4 cups chicken broth
  • 2 packs of ramen noodles
  • 4 soy sauce eggs
  • 2 green onions, chopped
  • 1 tablespoon sesame oil
  • 1 tablespoon soy sauce
  • 1 teaspoon ginger, minced
  • 1 teaspoon garlic, minced
  • Salt and pepper to taste

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 400°F (200°C).
  2. Season the pork belly with salt, pepper, ginger, and garlic.
  3. Roast the pork belly in the oven for about 1 hour, or until the skin is crispy.
  4. In a pot, heat the chicken broth and add soy sauce and sesame oil.
  5. Cook the ramen noodles according to package instructions.
  6. Slice the roasted pork belly and serve it over the cooked ramen noodles.
  7. Pour the hot broth over the noodles and pork belly.
  8. Top with chopped green onions and soy sauce eggs.
