- 4 cups chicken broth
- 2 packs of ramen noodles
- 4 soy sauce eggs
- 2 green onions, chopped

- 1 teaspoon ginger, minced
- 1 teaspoon garlic, minced
- Salt and pepper to taste
Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 400°F (200°C).
- Season the pork belly with salt, pepper, ginger, and garlic.
- Roast the pork belly in the oven for about 1 hour, or until the skin is crispy.
- In a pot, heat the chicken broth and add soy sauce and sesame oil.
- Cook the ramen noodles according to package instructions.
- Slice the roasted pork belly and serve it over the cooked ramen noodles.
- Pour the hot broth over the noodles and pork belly.
- Top with chopped green onions and soy sauce eggs.
