- 8 oz penne pasta
- 2 cups diced ham
- 1 cup shredded Swiss cheese
- 1 cup heavy cream
- 1 cup chicken broth
- 1/2 cup grated Parmesan cheese
- 1/2 teaspoon garlic powder
- 1/2 teaspoon black pepper
- 1/4 teaspoon salt
- 1 tablespoon chopped fresh parsley (for garnish)
Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C).
- Cook the penne pasta according to package instructions until al dente; drain and set aside.
- In a large mixing bowl, combine the diced ham, heavy cream, chicken broth, garlic powder, black pepper, and salt.
- Add the cooked penne pasta to the mixture and stir until well combined.
- Transfer the mixture to a greased baking dish and top with shredded Swiss cheese and grated Parmesan cheese.
- Bake in the preheated oven for 25-30 minutes, or until the cheese is bubbly and golden brown.
- Remove from the oven and let it cool for a few minutes before serving. Garnish with chopped parsley.
