Ingredients

  • 8 oz penne pasta
  • 2 cups diced ham
  • 1 cup shredded Swiss cheese
  • 1 cup heavy cream
  • 1 cup chicken broth
  • 1/2 cup grated Parmesan cheese
  • 1/2 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1/2 teaspoon black pepper
  • 1/4 teaspoon salt
  • 1 tablespoon chopped fresh parsley (for garnish)

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C).
  2. Cook the penne pasta according to package instructions until al dente; drain and set aside.
  3. In a large mixing bowl, combine the diced ham, heavy cream, chicken broth, garlic powder, black pepper, and salt.
  4. Add the cooked penne pasta to the mixture and stir until well combined.
  5. Transfer the mixture to a greased baking dish and top with shredded Swiss cheese and grated Parmesan cheese.
  6. Bake in the preheated oven for 25-30 minutes, or until the cheese is bubbly and golden brown.
  7. Remove from the oven and let it cool for a few minutes before serving. Garnish with chopped parsley.
