Description

A quick and delicious sausage and veggie sheet pan dinner that is perfect for busy weeknights.


Ingredients

  • 1 lb sausage (Italian or your choice)
  • 2 cups broccoli florets
  • 1 bell pepper, sliced
  • 1 zucchini, sliced
  • 1 red onion, chopped
  • 2 tablespoons olive oil
  • 1 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1 teaspoon Italian seasoning
  • Salt and pepper to taste

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 400°F (200°C).
  2. In a large bowl, combine the sausage, broccoli, bell pepper, zucchini, and red onion.
  3. Drizzle with olive oil and sprinkle with garlic powder, Italian seasoning, salt, and pepper.
  4. Toss everything together until well coated.
  5. Spread the mixture evenly on a sheet pan.
  6. Bake for 25-30 minutes, or until the sausage is cooked through and the veggies are tender.
  7. Serve hot and enjoy!
