Instructions
- Heat the olive oil in a large skillet over medium heat until it shimmers.
- Sauté the diced onions and bell peppers for 4 to 5 minutes until they soften.
- Brown the ground beef in the pan for about 5 to 7 minutes until it turns brown.
- Drain any excess fat if necessary.
- Combine the taco seasoning and diced tomatoes, allowing to simmer for 3 to 5 minutes.
