A wholesome, gluten-free bread made with just three ingredients: red lentils, eggs, and baking powder.

- 200 g dry red lentils
- 3 large eggs
- 1 tsp baking powder
Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 180Β°C (350Β°F).
- Rinse the red lentils.
- Soak the lentils in water for about 2 hours. Drain well.
- Blend the soaked lentils in a food processor until smooth and creamy.
- Mix the lentil puree, eggs, and baking powder in a mixing bowl until well combined.
- Pour the batter into a greased loaf pan.
- Bake in the preheated oven for 30-35 minutes or until golden.
- Cool the bread for a few minutes before slicing.
Notes
For a vegan option, use flax eggs or chia seeds mixed with water instead of eggs.
