Description
Delicious bite-sized brownies that combine the rich flavor of chocolate with mini marshmallows and a crunchy graham cracker crust.
Ingredients

- 1 box (18 oz) brownie mix + ingredients on the box (usually eggs, water, and oil)
- 1 cup (50g) mini marshmallows
- 1/2 cup (50g) graham cracker pieces, crushed
- 1/2 cup (85g) chocolate chips
- 2 tbsp butter, melted
Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
- Combine the crushed graham crackers and melted butter in a medium bowl.
- Line a mini muffin tin with paper liners and press the graham cracker mixture into the bottom of each liner.
- Prepare the brownie batter according to the package directions.
- Fill each muffin cup about 3/4 full with brownie batter.
- Press mini marshmallows and chocolate chips on top of each unbaked brownie bite.
- Bake for 12–14 minutes until just set in the center.
- Broil for 60–90 seconds until marshmallows are golden.
- Cool for about 5 minutes before removing from the tin.
Notes
Make sure not to overmix the brownie batter. Allowing the brownie bites to cool helps them retain their shape.
