Description

Spicy BBQ Meatballs are a delicious and flavorful dish that combines the heat of spices with the sweetness of barbecue sauce, perfect for any occasion.


Ingredients

  • 1 pound ground beef
  • 1/2 cup breadcrumbs
  • 1/4 cup grated Parmesan cheese
  • 1/4 cup chopped parsley
  • 1 egg
  • 2 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1 teaspoon salt
  • 1/2 teaspoon black pepper
  • 1 teaspoon paprika
  • 1/2 teaspoon cayenne pepper
  • 1 cup BBQ sauce

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C).
  2. In a large bowl, combine ground beef, breadcrumbs, Parmesan cheese, parsley, egg, garlic, salt, black pepper, paprika, and cayenne pepper.
  3. Mix until well combined and form into meatballs, about 1 inch in diameter.
  4. Place the meatballs on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper.
  5. Bake for 20-25 minutes or until cooked through.
  6. In a saucepan, heat the BBQ sauce over medium heat.
  7. Once the meatballs are cooked, add them to the saucepan and coat with the BBQ sauce.
  8. Serve hot and enjoy!

Notes

  • For extra heat, add more cayenne pepper.
  • These meatballs can be made ahead of time and frozen.
  • Serve with toothpicks for a great appetizer.
