Ingredients

  • 8 oz. sushi-grade tuna, diced
  • 2 cups cooked soba noodles
  • 1 avocado, sliced
  • 1 cucumber, julienned
  • 1/4 cup green onions, chopped
  • 2 tbsp soy sauce
  • 1 tbsp sriracha
  • 1 tbsp sesame oil
  • 1 tsp sesame seeds
  • 1 tbsp lime juice

Instructions

  1. In a bowl, combine the diced tuna, soy sauce, sriracha, sesame oil, and lime juice. Mix well and let it marinate for 10 minutes.
  2. Cook the soba noodles according to package instructions, then drain and rinse under cold water.
  3. In serving bowls, place a portion of soba noodles at the bottom.
  4. Top the noodles with the marinated tuna, avocado slices, cucumber, and green onions.
  5. Sprinkle sesame seeds on top for garnish.
