- 2 boneless, skinless chicken breasts, sliced
- 2 packs of ramen noodles
- 1 cup broccoli florets
- 1 bell pepper, sliced
- 1 carrot, julienned
- 3 tablespoons Sriracha sauce
- 2 tablespoons honey
- 2 tablespoons soy sauce
- 1 tablespoon vegetable oil
- 2 green onions, chopped
- Sesame seeds for garnish
Instructions
- Cook the ramen noodles according to package instructions, then drain and set aside.
- In a large skillet, heat the vegetable oil over medium-high heat.
- Add the sliced chicken and cook until browned and cooked through, about 5-7 minutes.
- Add the broccoli, bell pepper, and carrot to the skillet, and stir-fry for another 3-4 minutes.
- In a small bowl, mix together the Sriracha, honey, and soy sauce.
- Add the cooked ramen noodles and sauce to the skillet, tossing everything together until well combined.
- Cook for an additional 2 minutes, allowing the sauce to coat the noodles and vegetables.
- Garnish with chopped green onions and sesame seeds before serving.
Notes
- Adjust the amount of Sriracha based on your spice preference.
- Feel free to add other vegetables like snap peas or mushrooms.
- This dish can be made ahead of time and reheated for a quick meal.
