Description

A delicious and spicy stir-fry featuring tender chicken, ramen noodles, and a sweet Sriracha-honey sauce.


Ingredients

  • 2 boneless, skinless chicken breasts, sliced
  • 2 packs of ramen noodles
  • 1 cup broccoli florets
  • 1 bell pepper, sliced
  • 1 carrot, julienned
  • 3 tablespoons Sriracha sauce
  • 2 tablespoons honey
  • 2 tablespoons soy sauce
  • 1 tablespoon vegetable oil
  • 2 green onions, chopped
  • Sesame seeds for garnish

Instructions

  1. Cook the ramen noodles according to package instructions, then drain and set aside.
  2. In a large skillet, heat the vegetable oil over medium-high heat.
  3. Add the sliced chicken and cook until browned and cooked through, about 5-7 minutes.
  4. Add the broccoli, bell pepper, and carrot to the skillet, and stir-fry for another 3-4 minutes.
  5. In a small bowl, mix together the Sriracha, honey, and soy sauce.
  6. Add the cooked ramen noodles and sauce to the skillet, tossing everything together until well combined.
  7. Cook for an additional 2 minutes, allowing the sauce to coat the noodles and vegetables.
  8. Garnish with chopped green onions and sesame seeds before serving.

  • Adjust the amount of Sriracha based on your spice preference.
  • Feel free to add other vegetables like snap peas or mushrooms.
