- 1 box graham crackers
- 2 pounds fresh strawberries, diced
Instructions
- Begin by placing the softened cream cheese and granulated sugar into a large bowl. Beat with your electric mixer on medium speed until the mixture reaches a delightful, smooth and creamy texture, about 2-3 minutes.
- In a separate bowl, whip the heavy whipping cream with powdered sugar and vanilla extract until it forms stiff peaks.
- Carefully fold the whipped cream into the cream cheese blend using your spatula, gently incorporating until no streaks remain.
- Take your 9×13-inch dish and layer the bottom with graham crackers.
- Spread half of the cheesecake mixture over the graham crackers.
- Sprinkle half of your diced strawberries evenly over the cheesecake layer.
- Repeat layering with the remaining cheesecake mixture and strawberries, topping with fresh strawberries.
- Cover your masterpiece and place it in the refrigerator for at least 240 minutes, preferably overnight.
