Instructions

  2. Set the saucepan over medium heat and bring the mixture to a steady boil.
  3. Reduce the heat and allow the jam to simmer for about 15 to 20 minutes, stirring occasionally.
  4. If using pectin, mix it in according to packet instructions until thickened to your liking.
  5. Pour the jam into sterilized jars while warm, leaving space for expansion.
