Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C).
- Cook the jumbo pasta shells according to package instructions until al dente, then drain and set aside.
- In a skillet, brown the ground beef over medium heat, then drain excess fat.
- Add taco seasoning and salsa to the beef, stirring to combine. Cook for an additional 5 minutes.
- Stuff each pasta shell with the beef mixture and place them in a baking dish.
- Pour queso cheese sauce over the stuffed shells, then sprinkle shredded cheese on top.
