Description

Taco-Stuffed Shells with Queso Drizzle are a delicious and satisfying dish that combines the flavors of tacos with cheesy goodness, perfect for any meal.


Ingredients

  • 12 jumbo pasta shells
  • 1 lb ground beef
  • 1 packet taco seasoning
  • 1 cup salsa
  • 1 cup shredded cheese (cheddar or Mexican blend)
  • 1 cup queso cheese sauce
  • 1/2 cup sour cream
  • Chopped green onions for garnish

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C).
  2. Cook the jumbo pasta shells according to package instructions until al dente, then drain and set aside.
  3. In a skillet, brown the ground beef over medium heat, then drain excess fat.
  4. Add taco seasoning and salsa to the beef, stirring to combine. Cook for an additional 5 minutes.
  5. Stuff each pasta shell with the beef mixture and place them in a baking dish.
  6. Pour queso cheese sauce over the stuffed shells, then sprinkle shredded cheese on top.
  7. Bake in the preheated oven for 20 minutes, or until the cheese is melted and bubbly.
  8. Serve with sour cream and garnish with chopped green onions.
