Ingredients

- 2 racks baby back ribs (or beef ribs)
- 2 tablespoons olive oil
- 1 tablespoon paprika
- Salt and pepper to taste
- 1/2 cup barbecue sauce
Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 300°F (150°C).
- Rub the ribs with olive oil, paprika, salt, and pepper.
- Place the ribs on a baking sheet and cover them with foil.
- Bake in the preheated oven for 2.5 to 3 hours.
- Remove the foil and apply barbecue sauce.
- Return to the oven and bake for an additional 30 minutes.
- Let rest for a few minutes before slicing and serving.
Notes
For best results, marinate the ribs overnight and consider using an air fryer for quicker cooking.
