Ingredients

  • 2 racks baby back ribs (or beef ribs)
  • 2 tablespoons olive oil
  • 1 tablespoon paprika
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • 1/2 cup barbecue sauce

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 300°F (150°C).
  2. Rub the ribs with olive oil, paprika, salt, and pepper.
  3. Place the ribs on a baking sheet and cover them with foil.
  4. Bake in the preheated oven for 2.5 to 3 hours.
  5. Remove the foil and apply barbecue sauce.
  6. Return to the oven and bake for an additional 30 minutes.
  7. Let rest for a few minutes before slicing and serving.

Notes

For best results, marinate the ribs overnight and consider using an air fryer for quicker cooking.
