- 6 slices bacon
- 2 tbsp BBQ sauce

- 1/2 tsp black pepper
- 1 tsp smoked paprika
Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C).
- Slice the jalapeños in half lengthwise and remove the seeds.
- Combine brisket, cream cheese, cheddar cheese, and spices in a mixing bowl.
- Fill each jalapeño half generously with the brisket mixture.
- Wrap each filled jalapeño with a slice of bacon.
- Arrange the wrapped jalapeños on a lined baking sheet.
- Bake for 20-25 minutes until the bacon is crispy.
- Drizzle with BBQ sauce before serving.
